ATLA S001 and ATLA S001-A

INTERPRETATION NOTICES

ATLA S001 and ATLA S001-A, STANDARD FORMAT FOR THE ELECTRONIC TRANSFER OF LUMINAIRE OPTICAL DATA,

has been published as ANSI/IES TM-33-18, and (in Italian) as UNI 11733:19. It is currently a requirement for luminaires listed on the DesignLights Consortium’s Qualified Product List (QLP) for horticultural lighting.

As with any standard, there will be questions regarding the interpretation of various clauses. In this regard, the Illuminating Engineering Society defers to the All Things Lighting™ Association for the interpretation of ANSI/IES TM-33-18. UNI, on the other hand, has elected to issue its own errata (in Italian).
